The planning is organized around a central open office, allowing for clear visual connections and seamless communication. A dedicated executive office is positioned as a more private and controlled environment, providing a focused setting for leadership, decision-making, and confidential discussions. Its enclosure maintains visual continuity through glass while reinforcing hierarchy and spatial distinction.

Material selection plays a key role in shaping the overall atmosphere. Dark stone surfaces and muted tones establish a sense of professionalism and authority, while warm timber elements are introduced to soften the environment and create a more welcoming workplace.

Lighting is carefully layered to enhance both functionality and mood. Linear fixtures emphasize spatial order and direction, while concealed lighting highlights architectural details and adds depth to the interior.

Supporting spaces, including breakout areas and pantry zones, are designed as informal extensions of the workspace—encouraging interaction, relaxation, and a more human-centered working experience.

The result is a workspace that moves beyond purely functional requirements, offering a balanced environment where efficiency, comfort, and corporate identity coexist.
