Santuary Terrace

Sanctuary Alma is conceived as a contemporary bachelor residence defined by calm spatial organisation and a restrained material palette.

Upon entering the home, a small foyer frames the altar as a quiet focal point, creating a moment of transition before the main living spaces. The altar cabinet is custom-designed as an integrated architectural element that continues seamlessly into the living room’s sofa backdrop, visually connecting the entrance and living area.

The living space is positioned to the left of the entrance, naturally separating it from the dining and kitchen areas further inside the layout while maintaining a clear and fluid circulation throughout the home.

A consistent material palette unifies the interior, combining walnut wood tones with black accents and balanced grey and white surfaces. The contrast between warm timber textures and cooler plastered walls creates a calm and refined atmosphere.

Minimalist in composition yet attentive to detail, the design relies on custom-crafted elements and restrained material expression to create a home that feels both personal and quietly composed.
