Q Nest / QWF

The interior is composed as a series of framed moments.
Rather than dissolving boundaries, each space is held within defined edges—beams, thresholds, and volumes that quietly structure movement.

Dark timber surfaces extend across walls, ceilings, and built-ins, forming a continuous envelope. Within this, every function is carefully embedded, allowing the space to remain composed despite its compact scale.

Although modest in footprint, the spatial experience is deliberately expanded.
Each zone is given its own presence, creating a sequence more often associated with larger homes—where living, dining, and transition spaces unfold gradually rather than being immediately revealed.

Openings are positioned to reveal rather than expose.
Views are layered through frames and partitions, encouraging movement and discovery over time.

Light is treated as a secondary material, grazing surfaces and reinforcing the edges that define the space.
Within these controlled boundaries, the house feels complete—precise, contained, and quietly sufficient.
