Plot 6
Plot 6 is conceived as a contemporary hospitality-inspired residential suite within a three-storey bungalow. The renovation focuses on the second-floor private quarters, designed as two ensuite bedrooms for the owner’s children, creating spaces that feel refined, comfortable, and thoughtfully organized.
Each room is planned as a self-contained suite, integrating sleeping, study, and wardrobe areas into a cohesive spatial arrangement. This layout provides a sense of independence and privacy while maintaining an environment that remains practical and well-structured for everyday living.
The interior palette is defined by soft neutral tones paired with light wood textures, establishing a calm and balanced atmosphere. Carefully integrated lighting elements emphasize the architectural lines of the space, adding depth and warmth while maintaining a clean visual composition.
Custom cabinetry, glass wardrobes, and integrated storage solutions contribute to a clear and organized interior language. Through restrained material selection and careful spatial planning, Plot 6 reflects a contemporary interpretation of residential comfort inspired by modern hospitality environments.
