79 Residence is a contemporary condominium designed with a strong architectural clarity and a carefully balanced contrast of materials. Inspired by the refined simplicity often found in Taiwanese residential interiors, the design emphasizes clean spatial composition and calm material layering.

The interior palette combines light wood textures with darker cabinetry and natural stone surfaces, creating a clear contrast that defines the character of the space. Rather than relying on decorative features, the design focuses on proportion, material expression, and carefully aligned architectural elements.

At the heart of the layout, the living, dining, and kitchen areas are arranged as an open spatial sequence that encourages visual continuity and natural movement. A glass-enclosed study is introduced between spaces, allowing it to function flexibly as either an open extension of the living area or a quiet workspace when closed. This transparent partition maintains visual connection while offering acoustic separation when needed.

Large windows introduce soft daylight that highlights the natural textures of wood and stone, reinforcing the calm yet refined atmosphere of the home. Through controlled contrast and thoughtful spatial planning, 79 Residence expresses a contemporary urban living environment that feels both elegant and composed.
