This project explores architecture through subtraction rather than addition.
Instead of layering elements, the design is defined by what is intentionally removed.
A series of clean volumes are carefully carved to introduce light, depth, and spatial tension.
Voids are not treated as absence, but as active elements that shape how the house is experienced.
The front facade remains composed and restrained, creating a sense of privacy and control.
In contrast, the interior opens vertically through a double-volume space, allowing light to travel deep into the home.
Large glazed surfaces dissolve the boundary between inside and outside, while maintaining a quiet, introspective character.
Lighting is integrated as part of the architectural language—
revealing edges, emphasizing proportions, and bringing the space to life after dark.
The result is a home that feels calm, precise, and quietly expressive—
where space, light, and proportion take precedence over decoration.
